At our clinic, we use a full-body red light therapy bed using clinically recognised wavelengths including 633nm, 660nm, 810nm, 850nm and 940nm for both surface-level skin rejuvenation and deeper tissue support.

During your session, you’ll relax inside our full-body red light therapy bed while red and near-infrared light is delivered across the body.
Sessions are painless, warming, and deeply relaxing, typically lasting 20 minutes depending on your treatment plan.
There is no downtime afterwards, and clients typically leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Oxygen Therapy

What Is It?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves relaxing in a pressurised chamber while breathing highly concentrated oxygen.

At our Bedford clinic, we use the S22 Soft Hyperbaric Chamber, operating at up to 1.4 ATA (5.5 psi) to create a therapeutic pressurised environment designed to support oxygen absorption throughout the body.

This increased oxygen delivery helps to support healing, reduce inflammation, improve recovery and enhance overall cellular function.

What To Expect

You’ll relax inside the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for approximately 1 hour while breathing concentrated oxygen through a comfortable oxygen mask in a gently pressurised environment.
As the chamber gradually pressurises, you may notice a slight feeling in your ears similar to being on a plane, which typically quickly settles.

Most clients simply relax, listen to music, watch something or read during the session.
