This is an advanced Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage technique, with Kelly currently the only UK-trained practitioner offering this method.
It involves no equipment or wood therapy; it just combines specialist cream, precise manual techniques, body positioning and breathwork to drain fluid and create visibly more sculpted, defined results.
A Personalised Approach
There are specialist applications for general lymphatic drainage, lipoedema, lymphoedema, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, C-section recovery and post-operative care, as well as clients wanting to reduce the appearance of puffiness and create greater body definition.
The treatment will always be adapted to the individual and their goals. Particular attention can be given to areas including the abdomen, waist, hips, legs or arms, depending on where fluid is most built up.
