Eliminate & Elevate didn’t actually start as a business idea. It started as something I needed myself.
For years, I was a working mum stuck in your typical 9-5 routine, constantly on the go, stressed and feeling completely disconnected from my body. I knew something wasn’t right, but I had no idea where to start.
Everything changed when I had my first Colonic in Northampton.
I remember leaving feeling so much lighter and more energised than I had in years. I was sleeping better, my mood improved and for the first time in a long time, I actually felt good in my body. I kept going back and every time, I felt the difference.
That’s when I realised there was nowhere in Bedford offering this kind of treatment. So I created it!
What started with Colonic Hydrotherapy has grown into something much deeper. After losing my mum to cancer, my perspective on health changed completely. She always encouraged me to do something I truly loved, and that’s stayed with me.
Since then, I’ve focused on understanding the root cause of symptoms, and that’s what everything I offer now is built around.
