Go With The Flow

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic massage that supports the natural flow of lymph fluid throughout the body.

It’s commonly used to help reduce fluid retention, swelling and bloating, while supporting circulation, immune function and the body’s natural detoxification processes.

We exclusively use the Dr Vodder method, widely regarded as the gold standard in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. It uses precise, clinically developed techniques designed to stimulate lymph flow safely, whilst supporting visible, optimal results.

Benefits

Manual Lymphatic Drainage works to gently support your body from within.

Our clients notice a visible reduction in puffiness, clearer skin, improved circulation, deep relaxation and improved body contour and definition.

Over time, regular sessions help support optimal lymphatic function and detoxification within the body.

Who Is It For?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage may be beneficial if you’re experiencing:

  • Fluid retention (e.g. oedema, lymphedema)
  • Puffiness or swelling
  • Bloating
  • Poor circulation
  • Low energy
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Weak immune system
  • Skin concerns such as acne or inflammation
  • Post-surgery swelling or pain (Nordesthetics patients receive 5% off)

It is also popular with clients looking to feel lighter in their body, and support a more sculpted, toned appearance.

What To Expect

Your treatment is carried out by Kelly, who is fully trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and is part of the Nordesthetics Partner Network. Patients who have undergone surgery through Nordesthetics are eligible for a 5% discount on their lymphatic drainage treatments.

Every session begins with a short consultation so we can identify any problem areas and tailor the treatment to you. This is especially important if you’ve had recent surgery or are experiencing any symptoms such as swelling or fluid retention.
Light, rhythmic movements are used to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage natural drainage. The technique follows the direction of lymph flow to help reduce fluid build-up and support circulation.
Pressure is gentle and comfortable throughout (not like a deep tissue massage).

Kelly works exclusively with the Dr Vodder method to deliver precise, clinically recognised treatment.
