FAQs
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options? Don’t worry, our “Not Sure Where To Start?” page can help guide you based on your symptoms and goals. Plus, every first appointment includes a complimentary consultation so we can understand your needs and point you in the right direction.
Do I need to be unwell to book a treatment?
Not at all. Many clients come to us proactively to support their gut health, energy, stress levels, recovery and skin health. Prevention is better than cure!
Can my treatment be personalised or changed for my needs?
Yes, every treatment is tailored to you and what your body needs on the day. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, symptoms, preferences or anything else you’d like us to be aware of, please include this in your pre-appointment health questionnaire so we can adapt your treatment accordingly.
Do you offer discounts or packages?
Yes, selected treatments have package options available. Please visit the booking page for more details. We also run offers and promotions on our social media, so be sure to follow along to stay updated!
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Your first appointment includes a complementary consultation, so there’s no need to book one separately unless advised.
Where are you based?
We are based in Bedford, England (UK). Full address is: Castle Consulting Rooms, 2 Goldington Rd, Bedford, UK, MK40 3NG.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before your appointment time. Any changes made within 72 hours may result in the loss of your deposit and, depending on notice and availability, may incur the full treatment cost. If you need to make changes, please use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact the clinic directly.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free on-site parking available for up to 2 hours.
Please make sure to register your car on arrival, as failure to do so may result in a parking ticket. If your appointment is longer than 2 hours, we can manually extend your parking, so please let us know if you’ve driven.
Spaces can be limited at busier times, so if the clinic car park is full, there is also a large pay-and-display car park conveniently located next door. You can view parking information and current charges here.
