Eliminate & Elevate didn’t actually start as a business idea. It started as something I needed myself.

For years, I was a busy working mum, constantly on the go and completely disconnected from how I was feeling. My first experience with Colonic Hydrotherapy changed that. I felt lighter, more energised, slept better and finally felt like I was living again. It opened the door to learning more about gut health and eventually led me to bring Colonic Hydrotherapy to Bedford.

Losing my mum to cancer changed my perspective on health even more. It made me question how much we truly understand about our bodies, why symptoms develop, and why we often wait until something is wrong before we start looking deeper.

Then, when my son became unwell and we struggled to find the answers we needed, that curiosity became even more personal. This is when I found Bioresonance, and I was able look beyond the symptoms and pinpoint the root cause.

My Christian faith is also a huge part of how I approach my work. I believe the body has been wonderfully and intelligently created, and I have a deep respect for its natural ability to regulate and repair itself when properly supported.

Today, Eliminate & Elevate has grown far beyond colonics. My approach is about looking at the bigger picture, listening properly, understanding your symptoms and helping you explore where your body may need support.
