Your first session begins with a consultation so we can understand any problem areas you’d like support with. Returning clients will have a quick check-in before treatment.
During the session, Kelly uses specialist bioenergetic equipment with conductive gloves to stimulate key meridian points and pathways throughout the body.
Unlike a traditional massage, this treatment is interactive. You’ll guide the intensity with a remote control in different areas so it stays comfortable and tailored to your body.
Some areas may feel more sensitive than others, which can indicate where the body may be holding tension, stagnation or imbalance.
